Ask us about
a visit

Tell us who you're travelling with and the animals you most want to meet — we'll point you to the right park and the easiest way to get there.

Get in touch

Talk to a real person

We're a small guide team who actually spend our weekends at these parks. Email or call and you'll reach someone who has stood beside the koalas — no ticket desk, no bots.

Pick the right park

Tell us who's coming — toddlers, teens, grandparents — and the animals on your list. We'll match you to the park that does them best.

Getting there

Ferry, train or car — we'll tell you the simplest route from where you're staying and roughly how long the day takes.

Families & access

Pram-friendly paths, quiet times, feeding sessions and accessibility — ask and we'll flag what to know before you book.

Overnight & extras

Roar & Snore stays, keeper encounters and behind-the-scenes tours — we'll point you to who runs what, and when.

Same day
We aim to reply to every email within one working day — usually much sooner.
Been there
Every answer comes from someone who has actually visited the park in question.
Free advice
Ask us anything about planning a visit — our help is free, honest and with no strings.
Before you write

Quick questions, quick answers

Within one working day for email, and straight away by phone during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST). Weekends we're usually out at a park, so email is best.

Happily. Send the group size, ages and the date you're thinking about, and we'll suggest the parks with the best education programs and easiest logistics for a big group.

Rather browse first?

Have a look through the guide, find a park that fits, then write to us with anything that's still unclear.
